Contract Details
This acquisition is for a single award Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order with a suggested period of performance from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2028, consisting of a Base Year and one Option Year. The contract includes CLINs for testing current gages, calibrating current gages, purchasing new gages, calibrating newly purchased gages, failed calibration remediation, and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL). Performance will be FOB Destination at Crane Army Ammunition Activity, Building 3308, Gage Lab, 300 Highway 361, Crane, IN 47522-5001. Submission Requirements
Offerors must submit:
- A completed Pricing Matrix (Attachment 0005, dated 12MAR2026).
- A completed Gage Calibration Questionnaire (Attachment 0006).
- A technical capability statement/brochure detailing skills, areas, and how PWS requirements will be met.
- Laboratory Accreditation Certificate(s) to ISO/IEC 17025 for all performing laboratories. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov at the time of response.
Evaluation & Award
Award will be made to the offeror providing the best value to the Government using a trade-off process. Evaluation factors are Technical and Price. Technical is more important than Price, but Price importance increases as technical differences decrease. Technical proposals will be rated "Acceptable" or "Unacceptable" based on the capability statement. Price will be evaluated for reasonableness. Award is intended without discussions, unless deemed necessary.
