To perform a complete troubleshooting and repair of the entire existing HVAC system for Building 26 at the Gateway National Recreation Area, Sandy Hook Unit, making the systems fully operational.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot the cause(s) of failures in both the first and second-floor HVAC systems.

• Provide all necessary materials and labor for testing and repair of the entire existing HVAC system, including line sets, fittings, and equipment.

• Repair suspected leaks and low refrigerant issues on the first floor system.

• Address issues with leaking elbows and couplings on the second-floor system, which currently does not hold a charge.
