All necessary materials and labor for testing and repair, including line sets, fittings, and equipment, must be provided. Fittings and refrigerant lines must be re-brazed (no compression/crimped fittings), and the entire system recharged with R410A refrigerant (estimated up to 75-lbs). Post-repair, a complete system inspection, including pressure and vacuum testing, is required. All work must comply with codes and manufacturer guidelines, and new or reused insulation must be properly installed. The contractor must hold all required mechanic licenses, use manufacturer-approved parts, and perform a minimum of 51% of the labor.
