- Performance Standards: Compliance with NFPA-110 (2025), NFPA-70 (2023), NFPA-70B (2026), NFPA-70E (2024), NFPA 99 (2024), 29 CFR 1910, VHA Directive 1028, manufacturer specifications, and industry standards. A six-month warranty is required on repairs.
- Contractor Qualifications: Must be an experienced Electrical Contractor, preferably NETA certified, with technicians holding OSHA 10-hour training and a site superintendent with OSHA 30-hour.
