Scope of Work

The primary objective is to protect the command’s personnel, information, property, and operations from threats such as espionage, sabotage, terrorism, workplace violence, criminal acts, and negligence. Services will be performed at USSOUTHCOM HQ and throughout its AOR, which spans Central and South America, the Caribbean, and adjacent waters of the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans and the Gulf of Mexico.

Specific roles required include: Information Security Specialist, Declassification Specialist, Personnel Security Specialist, Physical Security Hardware Specialist, Physical Security Specialist, Physical Security Risk Management Framework Specialist, Physical Security Network Engineer, Physical Security System Administrator, Physical Security SCIF Management Specialist, Physical Security Access Control Specialist, Physical Security Escort Specialist, Conference Center Security Specialist, and Security Operations. The contractor must be adaptable to evolving security requirements and systems.

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, including Other Direct Costs (ODC).
  • Period of Performance: A base period of 10 months (including a 1-month phase-in starting June 1, 2026), followed by four 12-month option periods, potentially extending the total duration to March 2031.
  • Place of Performance: HQ USSOUTHCOM, 9301 NW 33rd Street, Doral, FL 33172.
  • Security Requirements: Contractor personnel must possess active Top Secret clearances with SCI eligibility and maintain them throughout the contract. A Top Secret facility security clearance is also required.
