Key roles required include Information Security Specialist, Declassification Specialist, Personnel Security Specialist, Physical Security Hardware Specialist, Physical Security Specialist, Physical Security Risk Management Framework Specialist, Physical Security Network Engineer, Physical Security System Administrator, Physical Security SCIF Management Specialist, Physical Security Access Control Specialist, Physical Security Escort Specialist, Conference Center Security Specialist, and Security Operations personnel.

Submission & Evaluation
- Submission: Proposals must be submitted electronically via email. Volume 1 (Technical) must be "blind" beyond the first page, without company identifying information.
