The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Louis District, is seeking input from industry regarding Project Labor Agreements (PLAs) for the Lock Foundation and Site Preparation for Lock & Dam 25 project. The notice also provides draft Plans & Specifications for informational purposes to help interested parties understand the project requirements before a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) is released.
