Quick Summary

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is soliciting proposals for Lock Foundation and Site Preparation for the Lock and Dam 25 Navigation Ecosystem Sustainability Program (NESP) in Winfield, MO. This is a Firm Fixed-Price Construction contract with an estimated magnitude between $25,000,000 and $50,000,000. Proposals are due by April 24, 2026, at 3:00 PM CST.

Site preparation includes placing additional dredge borrow upland for a future staging and laydown area and installing a sanitary outfall pipe. Detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and hydrographic data are provided in the plan sets.
