Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To improve workspace utilization, security, and operational efficiency at the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), Cotton and Tobacco Program (CTP) Corpus Christi Classing Office.

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for renovations and office modifications. Key areas include:

• Front Office – Storage Area Conversion to Office: Repairing walls, repainting, recarpeting, modifying an existing door with a vision lite kit, and adding electrical and telecommunications receptacles.
