- General Storage Room – Conversion to Assistant AD Office: Removing shelving, repairing walls, repainting, recarpeting, modifying the existing door, and adding electrical and telecommunications receptacles.
- Electrical and Telecommunications: Limited additions consistent with USDA standards and applicable codes. Contractor is responsible for supplying and installing all telecom cabling, with conduit required. Existing electrical circuits may be utilized where capacity permits, requiring coordination with building staff.
