• RFI 007 (Record Drawings): The Government requires contractors to provide record drawings/as-built documentation. No as-built plans exist, so schematics may not be 100% correct. The contractor may need to independently develop floor plans documenting completed work. The required format for closeout documentation is not specified.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To improve workspace utilization, security, and operational efficiency at the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), Cotton and Tobacco Program (CTP) Corpus Christi Classing Office.

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for renovations and office modifications. Key areas include:
