Services will utilize Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles to manage a wide range of pests, including rodents, household pests, stored product pests, public health pests, nuisance pests, and wild animal intrusions, as well as carcass removal. The scope covers Army Family Housing (AFH) and Operations Maintenance, Army (OMA) areas.

Key Requirements
Bidders must submit a Contractor Work Plan (CWP) and Quality Control Plan (QCP). Required licenses and certifications include a business license, pest management specialist certifications (DOD and Host Nation), DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN 14001, and registration to perform pest control in Germany. Personnel must be legal Host Nation residents or possess valid work permits, communicate in English, and complete Anti-Terrorism Level 1, Operational Security Level 1, and iWATCH training. Regular reporting, including DD Form 1532 and 1532-1, is mandatory.
Evaluation Factors
Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Technical factors include professional licenses/certifications/permits, subcontracting information, and a minimum of three years of relevant/recent experience.
