Scope of Work
The contractor will provide non-personal, scheduled, and on-demand pest control and surveillance services across USAG Wiesbaden installations and facilities, including Army Family Housing (AFH) and Operations Maintenance, Army (OMA) areas. This includes furnishing all personnel, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, and transportation. Services will utilize Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles to control a wide range of pests such as rodents, household pests, stored product pests, public health pests, nuisance pests, and to manage wild animal intrusions and carcass removal.

Key Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate:
- Licenses & Certifications: Proof of business license, pest management specialist certifications (IAW DOD and Host Nation), DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN 14001 certifications, and registration to perform pest control in Germany.
- Personnel: Employees must be legal Host Nation residents or possess a legal work permit, communicate clearly in English, and meet specific key personnel requirements.
- Plans: Development and maintenance of a Contractor Work Plan (CWP) and Quality Control Plan (QCP).
- Training: All employees must complete Anti-Terrorism Level 1, Operational Security (OPSEC) Level 1, and iWATCH training.
