Scope of Work
The contractor will provide non-personal, scheduled, and on-demand pest control and surveillance services within the USAG Wiesbaden footprint, including Army Family Housing (AFH) and Operations Maintenance, Army (OMA) areas. Services encompass the control of various pests such as rodents, household pests, stored product pests, public health pests, nuisance pests, and wild animal intrusions. This includes carcass removal and disposal of contaminated materials. The contractor must furnish all necessary employees, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, and transportation, utilizing Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles.

Submission & Evaluation

- Evaluation Basis: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Technical evaluation will be "Acceptable" / "Unacceptable." Award will be made to the responsible quoter with the lowest Total Evaluated Price (TEP) rated "Acceptable" technically.
