To replace existing locksets on living area doors in multiple Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) buildings located on Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, with new swipe lock systems.

• Replace existing locksets on living area doors in 36 BEQ buildings.

• Provide new locksets compatible with ANSI/BHMA A156.2 (Series 4000, Grade 1) for bored locks and latches, and ANSI/BHMA A156.3 (Grade 1) for exit devices.

• Provide cylinders and cores compatible with Best Locks M-Series (7) pin, and high security cylinders compliant with ANSI/BHMA A156.30 (security level A).

• Install Ving Card Signature RFID electronic lock systems with SFIC key override and deadbolts. These locks must be ANSI/BHMA A156.13, Series 1000, Grade 1, mortise locks, tamper-resistant, UL listed, with a 1" throw deadbolt and 3/4" throw latch bolt.

• The system must support interrogation of a minimum of 600 events, including key card usage, date, and time.

• Provide a front desk system including a computer, monitor, Ving Vision software, and RFID encoder.

• Provide four spare RFID locksets, two service terminals, and two RFID contact cards.

• Provide 1500 1K RFID cards (resident) and 100 4K cards (staff).

• Provide a master keying system for each floor, including Grand master, Master, and Sub-Master keys.

• Provide a key cabinet for BEQ PP2.

• Locks must be compatible with Ving Card Signature RFID electronic lock system.

• System must be capable of unlocking from the front office via WIFI.

• Locks must have interrogatable memory for at least 600 events.

• Provide a one-year warranty and a one-year 24-hour phone support agreement.
