Qualification Requirements
Interested contractors must meet specific minimum qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of successful experience in comparable projects (size, complexity, and scope).
- Past Performance: Three required projects, each with a minimum award value of $1,500,000. At least one must be SCIF construction, performed as the General Contractor.
- Key Personnel Experience: Project Manager and Superintendent must each have a minimum of 8 years of experience in their respective positions.
- Prohibition: Company owner may not serve as the Project Manager.
Special Requirements
- Security: All personnel must meet HSPD-12 and additional customer agency security requirements.
- Site Conduct: Cell phones and transmittal devices are prohibited on the project site.
