Key Requirements & Qualifications
This opportunity requires one (1) Full-Time Employee (FTE) to work on-site. Personnel must possess experience in Government construction acquisition, strong contract administration skills, and knowledge of various contract types, FAR, SRM, and MILCON projects. A degree in a Business discipline and experience with ACWS are preferred. Contractors must comply with installation security policies, obtain Common Access Cards (CACs) requiring a favorably adjudicated Tier 1 investigation, and complete mandatory training such as Antiterrorism Awareness Level I and DoD Information Assurance Awareness. Compliance with OSHA regulations and use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including steel-toed boots, protective eyewear, and hearing protection, are mandatory.
Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit line item pricing for the base year and all options. A narrative, not exceeding 25 pages, detailing conformance to the Solicitation and Performance Work Statement (PWS), specifically PWS Section 5, is required as an addendum to FAR 52.212-1. Evaluation will be based on price and other factors to determine the most advantageous offer.
