Scope of Work

The contractor's staff must be fully qualified, professional, and customer service-oriented.
Required Qualifications
Offerors must demonstrate experience in Government construction acquisition, strong contract administration skills, and knowledge of various contract types and FAR. Specific experience with Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) and Military Construction (MILCON) projects is required. A degree in a business discipline is preferred. Personnel must comply with OSHA, state, and local safety regulations, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as steel-toed boots, protective eyewear, and hearing protection. Foundational/Level I DAWIA certification or equivalent is preferred/desired. Experience with pre-award/post-award functions, ability to manage multiple projects, and experience with ACWS are also preferred.
Contract Details
This is a Firm Fixed Price contract issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541611 with a size standard of $16,500,000. The period of performance includes a 12-month Base Year, four 12-month Option Years, and a 6-month option per FAR 52.217-8. The Base Year is from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027.
Submission Requirements
Quotes must include line item pricing for the Base Year and all options. Submissions require an addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and a narrative (not exceeding 25 pages, single-sided) detailing conformance to the Solicitation and Performance Work Statement (PWS), specifically section 5.
