Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide Procurement Analyst support services to the Selfridge ANG Base Contracting Office, MSC. The contractor's staff must be fully qualified, professional, and customer service-oriented.

• Provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control.

• Services to be performed between 0600-1730 Monday through Friday, excluding recognized US holidays or Government-directed facility closures.

• Performance location: 43200 Maple Street, Bldg 105, Selfridge ANG MI.

• 1 Base Year (12 months) with 4 option years and a 6-month option per FAR 52.217-8.

• Contractor shall develop and implement procedures for quality control (QC) to identify, prevent, and ensure non-recurrence of defective services.

• Government will evaluate performance using a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).

• Access and Security:

  • Comply with all installation/facility access and local security policies.
