Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for:

- SAM.gov Registration: Offerors must be actively registered in SAM.gov.
- Plans: Contract-specific QA/QC and Safety Plans are not required, but OSHA standards apply to electrical work. One superintendent can fulfill supervision, safety, and QAQC roles.
- Electrical Work: All electrical runs from the pole base to the top must be removed. Runs to floodlights can be secured and capped inside a 1/2" conduit, with the remainder abandoned.
- Solar Panel Placement: The government can accommodate suitable locations for solar panels to ensure adequate sunlight (8-10 hours daily).
