Opportunity Details
HITS-UIII is a critical program supporting the DoD Science and Technology, Research and Development, and Test and Evaluation communities by providing resources for demanding warfighter problems through high-performance computing, networking, and computational expertise. The program operates five DoD Supercomputing Resource Centers (DSRCs), and this procurement will support four of them.
Scope of Work
The FINAL DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines comprehensive technical services, including:
- DSRC Operations: System integration, administration (system, network, database), cybersecurity, facilities support, and maintenance for hardware and software.
- HPC Capabilities Delivery: Installation, integration, and operation of unclassified, classified, and specialized HPC systems, including infrastructure, data movement, storage, and user interfaces.
- HPC User Assistance: Enterprise-level Help Desk support, data analysis, visualization, and user authentication services.
- Cross-Centers/Enterprise Support: Program and performance management, project management, technology assessment, enterprise cybersecurity, outreach, software development, architecture support, database management, and procurement support.
- Overall Security: Comprehensive cybersecurity, physical, and personnel security measures.
Contract & Requirements
- Type: Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Hybrid Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) with cost reimbursement elements for Other Direct Costs (ODCs).
- Ordering Period: Five years.
- Set-Aside: Unrestricted full and open competition.
- NAICS: 541512 (Computer System Design Services).

- Site Visit: In-person only, requires a Secret clearance.
