• Safety: Submit a comprehensive Safety Plan for review and approval. Drivers must be properly licensed, capable of operating heavy machinery, and able to communicate in English. Drivers must carry proper identification and be able to contact business leadership.

• Site Cleanliness: Contractor is responsible for cleaning any mud, dirt, debris, or spills caused by operations on streets or parking lots used for access.

Amendment / Modification

This amendment (0001) to solicitation FA481426Q0010, dated 24 Apr 2026, makes the following changes:

• Incorporates 'Attachment 3 - Questions' into the solicitation.
