Scope of Work
This requirement covers a broad range of A-E services, including Title I (design) and Title II (supervision/inspection) services, Base Comprehensive Plans, and other A-E support. Services may include programming, comprehensive planning, area development design, renovation, repair, and maintenance for residential, commercial, and industrial facilities, roads/bridges, infrastructure, utilities, and environmental restoration. Environmental restoration includes ancillary work (e.g., asbestos, lead-based paint, HAZMAT abatement) and standalone services (e.g., wetlands restoration, groundwater remediation, wetland delineation, mitigation plans).
Projects will involve various disciplines such as architectural, interior design, landscape architecture, structural, civil, geotechnical, mechanical, electrical, environmental, and telecommunications engineering (including IT data cabling, security, HVAC controls, AV systems, and infrastructure). Master Planning services are required for broader installation-level planning, including district and component plans.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Open-end Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) A-E contracts.
- Duration: Ten years, consisting of a five-year base ordering period followed by five one-year options.
- Number of Awards: Up to four contracts may be awarded, with up to two firms whose primary discipline is Architectural and up to two firms whose primary discipline is Civil Engineering.
- Maximum Ceiling: $9,000,000 (increased from $5,000,000).
- Guaranteed Minimum: $500 over the life of the contract.
