Quick Summary
The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey, on behalf of the Joint Program Executive Office Armaments and Ammunition (JPEO A&A) and the Office of the Project Manager Close Combat Systems (PM-CCS), is conducting market research through a Sources Sought Notification for an autonomous Terrain Shaping (TS) capability. This effort supports a bilateral U.S. and United Kingdom project to develop an autonomous materiel solution for delivering, deploying, and managing obstacles. An Industry Day was held on February 25-26, 2026, at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, to discuss the acquisition strategy and user needs.

- Advanced networked kinetic effects
- Obstacle planning
- Non-kinetic field effects
