- AoI 0002 - ASRS IT Modernization: Innovative solutions to update and modernize the Automatic Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) IT components for STIG compliance.
- AoI 0001 - Oil Pump Test Stand: Solutions for an oil pump test stand.
Contract Details
Contracts awarded under this CSO will be fixed-price, potentially including fixed-price incentive fee contracts, and will be FAR-based under Part 12 Commercial Item Procedures. The period of performance for solution briefs or Commercial Solution Proposals (CSPs) is generally expected to be no greater than 12 months, unless specified otherwise in an AoI.
Submission & Evaluation
The CSO process is multi-phased:
- Phase 1: Solution Brief: Submission of a written brief (max 5 pages or 15 slides) detailing the technology/service, innovation, and rough order of magnitude price.
- Phase 2: Presentation/Pitch (if applicable): Invited companies present their solution.
- Phase 3: Commercial Solution Proposal (CSP): Invited companies submit a detailed technical and price proposal. Evaluation focuses on responsiveness, technical merit, and funding availability. Companies must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) and be registered in SAM.gov and PIEE to receive an award.
Eligibility
Both traditional and non-traditional defense contractors are eligible. Foreign-owned businesses may submit independently or as part of a team with U.S.-owned businesses. No specific set-aside is designated for the overall CSO.
