This amendment (0001) revises the Period of Performance dates for multiple CLINs/SLINs/ELINs. The new Period of Performance is generally from 26 September 2026 to 10 December 2026, with some exceptions.

  • Category I (009-001 ~ 009-126): Costs for these standard items should be included in overhead and indirect rates. These items establish general requirements and administrative procedures applicable to all work and are invoked for all work items.
  • Category II (009-011 ~ 009-032): Quotations are only required for these items when explicitly invoked in a specific work item. Contractors are not required to submit individual quotes for Category II items unless specifically requested.
