• Hospital Stops: "Hospital Stops" are required for heavily sanitized areas (e.g., Procedure, Surgery) but not for offices.
• Civil CAD Drawings & BIM Model: These files will not be shared during the solicitation period due to size and risk, but access may be discussed post-award.
• Native Seeding: Seed mix composition, PLS rates, and application rates are being updated in an addendum. Hydroseeding is an acceptable installation method, though drill seeding is preferred. Tackifier and straw mulch are required, with updated specifications forthcoming.
• Fireproofing: Exposed steel columns and members require intumescent paint. Steel supporting the helipad requires a 2-hour fire-resistance rating. Rooftop structures with a live load greater than 20 psf are considered floors for fireproofing requirements.
