Evaluation Factors

Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, considering Technical Capability and Pricing. Technical evaluation includes:

  • Venue and Facilities Plan: Proximity (within 65 miles of Readiness Center), general session capacity, breakout rooms (including youth-specific), and provider display area.
  • Lodging and Logistics Plan: Ability to provide 80-88 double-occupancy rooms, no-cost parking, and a pre-event site walkthrough.
  • Dining Services and Menu Plan.
  • Childcare Services Plan.
  • Management Approach: Designation of a qualified Contract Manager and a comprehensive Quality Control approach. The technical approach cannot exceed 5 pages. Pricing will be evaluated for completeness and reasonableness.
