  • Temporary Services: Provision and maintenance of temporary heads, washbasins, and a temporary pier shack.
  • Testing: Load testing for davits, cleats, and diver ladders. All work must comply with Japanese Environmental Governing Standards (JEGS) for waste disposal.

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) job order under a MARV.
  • Period of Performance: Approximately September 28, 2026, to April 30, 2027.
  • Eligibility: Restricted to firms with a current U.S. Navy Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in the Japan Region. Non-MSRA/ABR holders may apply. Contractors outside Japan must comply with DFARS 252.225-7042.
