Scope of Work
This project entails the renovation and expansion of approximately 12,500 square feet of surgical facilities within Building 700. The contractor will also address existing deficiencies in critical systems, provide three temporary OR trailers with supporting infrastructure, and coordinate their installation, testing, and certification. Specific brand-name or equal items are identified for various systems. The project requires compliance with 2019 California Building codes, VA Master Construction Specifications, and Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) Class & Permit Level IV protocols.
