  • Pre-Work: Site inspection, final LVP color/design and cove base selections, material submittals for flooring and adhesive, furniture relocation, and protection of non-work areas.
  • Removal & Preparation: Removal and disposal of existing flooring, subfloor inspection, and preparation to ensure a smooth and level surface.
  • Installation: Installation of LVP flooring per manufacturer specifications, ensuring seamless flow, and installation of cove base and thresholds.
  • Post-Work: Cleaning of new flooring, removal of debris, furniture return, and project waste disposal.
