Quick Summary

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Red River Army Depot (ACC-RRAD) has issued a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) (W911RQ-26-S-C001) to modernize its Organic Industrial Base (OIB). This initiative seeks innovative commercial items, technologies, and services to enhance producibility and advanced manufacturing, supporting the Army's modernization efforts. The CSO is continuously open until September 30, 2026.

Purpose & Scope

The Army aims to modernize its OIB through "Convergent Manufacturing" technologies, including Agile/flexible facilities, connected digital enterprise, advanced manufacturing, Digital Twin, automation, and cybersecurity. Contracts will be FAR Part 12-based, open to both traditional and non-traditional defense contractors.

Awards are subject to fund availability and successful negotiations.

Submission & Evaluation
