- T-158 Pin Bushing Press (W911 RQ-26-S-C001-A010): Seeking innovative commercial solutions for acquiring a T-158LL Track Shoe and Pin Assembly Press to safely and efficiently insert rubberized pin bushings into track shoe assemblies. Submission Deadline: June 10, 2026, by 5:00 P.M. (CDT).

Contract Details
Awards will generally be fixed-price contracts, following FAR Part 12 Commercial Item Procedures. The period of performance for solution briefs or Commercial Solution Proposals (CSPs) is typically no more than 12 months, unless specified otherwise in an AoI. Awards are subject to fund availability and successful negotiations.
Submission & Evaluation
The CSO employs a phased process:
- Phase 1: Solution Brief: Submission of a written brief (max 5 pages/15 slides) detailing the company, technology, and rough order of magnitude (ROM) price.
- Phase 2: Presentation/Pitch (if applicable): Invited companies present technical and business viability.
- Phase 3: Commercial Solution Proposal (CSP): Invited companies submit detailed technical and price proposals. Evaluation focuses on responsiveness, technical merit, funding availability, relevancy, uniqueness, risk, and viability. Solutions must be submitted via email to usarmy.rrad.acc.mbx.cso@army.mil.
Eligibility & Set-Aside
Both traditional and non-traditional defense contractors are eligible. Companies must be registered in SAM.gov to receive an award. No specific set-aside is designated for the overall CSO.
