Contract Details
This CSO will result in fixed-price contracts, including fixed-price incentive fee contracts, generally following FAR Part 12 Commercial Item Procedures. The period of performance for any solution brief or Commercial Solution Proposal (CSP) is typically no more than 12 months, unless otherwise specified in an individual Area of Interest (AoI). Awards are subject to fund availability and successful negotiations.
Submission & Evaluation
The CSO employs a phased submission and evaluation process:
