ACC-RRAD is actively seeking solutions for several specific needs:
- Fixture Removal BFVS Hull (A001): Innovative systems for faster, safer, and higher quality removal of fixtures from Bradley Fighting Vehicle System (BFVS) hulls, maintaining hull integrity. Submission Deadline: November 20, 2025.
- AS9100 Strategic Partner (A003): A strategic partner to guide ACC-RRAD through AS9100 certification, including gap analysis, QMS implementation, training, and audit preparation. Submission Deadline: November 20, 2025.
- Power Pack Interface & Test Sets (A005): Design, manufacture, and installation of two Power Pack Interface & Test Sets for Bradley, MLRS, and AMPV, enhancing safety, capabilities, and reducing costs. Submission Deadline: December 31, 2025.
- Track Pin and Bushing Manufacturing (A004): Innovative solutions for designing, manufacturing, and installing an organic track pin and bushing manufacturing process for military vehicles. Submission Deadline: December 31, 2025.
- Advanced Manufacturing Acceleration (A007): Commercially viable advanced manufacturing solutions for domestic component manufacturing and OIB-sited scalable production, focusing on critical components and sUAS parts. Submission Deadline: January 29, 2026.
- Camera Monitoring System (A002): Solutions to replace or refurbish the existing camera monitoring system at the RRAD vehicle test track, which is currently out of service. Submission Deadline: January 31, 2026.
- Supplemental Labor Management (A008): Innovative solutions for centralized, efficient, and agile management of supplemental labor across multiple depots and arsenals. Submission Deadline: February 25, 2026.
- Media Blasting Booth (A006): Innovative solutions to upgrade an existing blast booth with an auger and elevator system for improved media reclamation and automated recycling. Submission Deadline: February 26, 2026.
- DSB ATLAS Crane Lifecycle Support (A009): Commercial solutions for comprehensive lifecycle support (technical support, training, part identification) for the ATLAS Crane system. Submission Deadline: May 01, 2026.
Contract Details
Contracts awarded under this CSO will generally be fixed-price and follow FAR Part 12 Commercial Item Procedures. The period of performance for individual solutions is typically no greater than 12 months, unless specified otherwise in an AoI. Awards are subject to fund availability and successful negotiations.
Submission & Evaluation
The CSO employs a phased evaluation process, which may include a Solution Brief (max 5 pages/15 slides), a Presentation/Pitch, and a detailed Commercial Solution Proposal (CSP). Submissions for specific AoIs must be sent via email to usarmy.rrad.acc.mbx.cso@army.mil with the subject line "INNOVATIVE SOLUTION" (or as specified in the AoI).
Eligibility & Set-Aside
This CSO is open to both traditional and non-traditional defense contractors. There is no specific set-aside for the overall CSO. All selected companies must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) prior to award.
