Scope of Work
The contractor will provide day-to-day O-level maintenance to ensure the full-mission capability of approximately 34 COMUSFLTFORCOM Berthing Barges and Service Craft. Key services include:
- Service Calls: Routine, urgent, and emergency (with response times of 2 working days, 8 hours, and 3 hours respectively).
- General Maintenance: Interior and exterior repairs (flooring, bulkheads, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting).
- Specialized Services: Maintenance of firefighting equipment, security/alarm systems, internal communication systems, LAN equipment, and galley/laundry equipment.
- Port Husbandry: Securing barges, utility hook-ups, towing preparation.
- Cleaning & Sanitizing: Deep cleaning, fumigation, and extermination.
- Engineering Support: Site assessments and design plans.
Key Requirements
- Security Clearances: Offerors must possess an active Secret FCL at proposal submission. All contracted employees must maintain a SECRET Clearance.
- Project Type: This is a new requirement, not an incumbent or recompete.
- Labor Standards: Compliance with U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determinations for Virginia, Maine (Kittery), and Connecticut (New London/Groton) is mandatory.

Labor will be evaluated based on 100% straight time.
