- Full Interior Renovation: To repurpose the building for multi-departmental National Parks Service (NPS) office occupancy.

Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price.
- Estimated Price Range: $50,000,000 to $60,000,000.
- Period of Performance: 730 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (NTP), with Substantial Completion required no later than 700 calendar days from NTP. Contract completion is within 30 calendar days of Substantial Completion.
