- Full Interior Renovation: To repurpose the building for multi-departmental NPS office occupancy.
- Systems Updates: Renovation of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and HVAC systems.
- LEED Certification: The project will be pursuing LEED certification (level TBD).
- The building will be unoccupied for the duration of the renovation project.

- Period of Performance: 730 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (NTP). Substantial Completion is required no later than 700 calendar days from NTP, with Contract Completion within 30 calendar days of Substantial Completion.
