Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted via email to Kaitlyn.guldan@spaceforce.mil and tatum.kiley@spaceforce.mil. Required submission elements include a cover sheet (with CAGE, UEI, POC, timelines, validity), a completed Attachment 4 - CLIN Structure and Pricing Spreadsheet, a technical narrative detailing the project approach, a proposed bill of materials, self-attestation of financial and technical resources, manufacturer details (name, UEI/CAGE, size status if reseller), and two past performance references.
Proposals will be evaluated based on Technical Acceptability, Delivery/Installation, Warranty/Terms, Pricing, and Past Performance. Non-priced factors combined are approximately equal to price. Award will be made on a Best Value basis, and the government reserves the right to make an award on initial quotes without discussions.
Eligibility
This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offerors must have an active SAM.gov account and adhere to the Nonmanufacturer Rule, meaning both the contractor and, if applicable, the furniture manufacturer must be small businesses. Bidders must demonstrate adequate financial and technical resources.
