Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for the complete modernization of the 2 NWS front office area. This includes:
- Disassembly, removal, and disposal of existing cubicle and office furniture.
- Delivery and installation of new executive suite quality office and modular furniture, including cubicles, stationary desks, chairs, storage drawers, overhead cabinets, and wall-mounted whiteboards.
- Electrical work as required for new furniture installation, performed by a qualified electrician.
- Cleanup of all packing materials and supplies post-installation.
- Compliance with DAFMAN 91-203, National Electrical Code, and National Life Safety Code.
- The contractor must be an authorized dealer of the proposed furniture manufacturer.

Eligibility & Submission Requirements
This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offerors must:
- Have an active SAM.gov account.
- Adhere to the Nonmanufacturer Rule, meaning both the vendor and the manufacturer (if utilized) must be small businesses. Provide the manufacturer's company name and UEI/CAGE code.
- Demonstrate adequate financial resources, production, construction, and technical equipment/facilities.
- Submit two similar past performance references. Quotes must be emailed to Kaitlyn Guldan (kaitlyn.guldan@spaceforce.mil) and Tatum Kiley (tatum.kiley@spaceforce.mil).
