Scope of Work

This requirement focuses on modernizing and optimizing the 2 NWS front office area in Building 400, Mod 1, Rooms 10, 12, and 14. Key deliverables include:

  • Removal and Disposal: Disassembly, removal, and disposal of existing furniture (cubicles, desks, storage cabinets), including packing materials and cleanup.
  • New Furniture Installation: Delivery and installation of new office and modular furniture, including electrical and function checks.
    • Room 10: Four (4) cased good cubicles (approx. 6'x6' or 5.5'x6.5') with power/network, four (4) stationary desks, and four (4) mid-back, roll-around, mesh chairs.
    • Room 12: Three (3) stationary desks (3'Wx6'D) for two students each, seven (7) roll-around, mid-back, pleather chairs, and three (3) whiteboards (4'Wx6'L).
    • Room 14: Nineteen (19) cubicles (approx. 6'x6' or 5.5'x6.5') with power/network, overhead storage, and locking drawers; nineteen (19) stationary desks; nineteen (19) high-back, roll-around, mesh chairs; nineteen (19) storage drawers; and nineteen (19) overhead cabinets.
  • Project Management: Management and oversight, applicable manufacturer warranty, and project design services (space planning, material selection).
  • Compliance: Adherence to applicable building standards and codes (NEC, NFPA 101).

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP).
  • Product Service Code: 7110 (Office Furniture).
  • Set-Aside: This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
  • Nonmanufacturer Rule: Both the prime contractor and the furniture manufacturer must be small businesses. Vendors must provide the manufacturer's company name and UEI/CAGE code.
  • Cybersecurity: Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 (Self) or higher is required prior to award.
