The Government confirms these omissions were intentional to convey specific requirements for hangar doors. Manufacturers using the omitted UFGS alternative methods will not be considered.
   • Inquiry 3 (Vertical Lift Fabric Door Specification - Safety Arrester Alternative): Similar to Inquiry 2, this addresses the removal of paragraphs related to door leaf safety arresters from UFGS 08 34 16.20. The Government confirms these omissions were intentional for the hangar door requirements, and manufacturers using these alternative methods will not be considered.
   • Inquiry 4 (PPI Due Date): Regarding the PPI deadline, the Government reiterates that it will not respond to inquiries submitted after February 11, 2026, as detailed in the amendment.
   • Inquiry 5 (Vertical Lift Fabric Door Specification - Paragraphs Removed): This inquiry is identical to Inquiry 2 and receives the same response: the omissions were intentional for the hangar door requirements, and alternative UFGS methods will not be considered.
