Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work outlines the requirements for the Lake Winfield Scott Campground Reconstruction – Phase 1 project, aimed at replacing obsolete infrastructure to prevent increasing deferred maintenance costs and further damages.

• Primary Tasks:

  • Replace the existing north loop bathhouse, including demolition and decommissioning of the existing septic system, installation of a new toilet building, and a new drain field.
