The requirement includes the disassembly and removal of the current, frequently malfunctioning bale press, and the installation of a new, specified full-eject bale press (54"x24" box, min 480 lbs, 460V 3-phase, PLC-controlled) and an automated conveyor system (durable, 36" wide, bale weighing, independent PLC control). An optional scissor lift-tilt table (lifts to 28", tilts to 90 degrees, handles 500 lbs) is also part of the scope, requiring a technical approach. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and transportation, ensuring installation within six months of award and providing a minimum one-year warranty. Start-up and training are also required. Physical space details are provided in Exhibit 4.

  • Price: Use Attachment 3 - Vendor Quotation Form. Prices must be firm for 90 calendar days.
  • Past Performance: Complete Attachment 4 - Vendor Experience and Past Performance Sheet, including 2-5 references from the past five years.
  • Compliance: Complete Attachment 5 - Provision FAR 52.225-18 Place of Manufacture.
