Scope of Work

The new system must include a full-eject bale press (54"x24" box, min 480 lbs, PLC controlled), a durable automated conveyor with bale weighing capabilities, and a minimum one-year warranty. Installation must be completed within six months of award, including start-up and training.

Submission & Evaluation
Award will be made to the offeror with the highest technically rated quotation that also has fair and reasonable pricing and acceptable or neutral past performance. Tradeoffs will not be conducted. Required submissions include:

- Price quotation using Attachment 3 - Vendor Quotation Form (prices firm for 90 days)
