This Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will procure Build-to-Print (BTP) ADNS production units, Cyber Threat Upgrades (CTUs), Mission Focused Upgrades (MFUs), kits, modules, components, software, spares, and lab material for Shore, Surface, Submarine, and Airborne platforms. The contract also includes program management functions.

Scope of Work

The scope encompasses the procurement and production of ADNS end items such as hardware systems for Surface, Submarines, Airborne, and Mission Operations Centers (MOCs), ancillary kits, CTUs, MFUs, production components, and lab equipment. It also covers ADNS spares, system components, and software (initial, renewals, and maintenance). Contractors will be responsible for sourcing, assembling, integrating, testing, and delivering ADNS production units per Government Production Baselines, along with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Configuration Management (CM), Test and Evaluation, Quality Assurance, and Installation Support. Specific requirements will be defined in individual Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Delivery Orders.
