Quick Summary
The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Systems, is soliciting proposals for an Automated Digital Network System (ADNS) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). This opportunity focuses on the delivery of Build-to-Print (BTP) ADNS production units, Cyber Threat Upgrades (CTUs), Mission Focused Upgrades (MFUs), kits, modules, components, software, spares, and lab material for Shore, Surface, Submarine, and Airborne platforms. The contract also includes program management functions. Proposals are due August 5, 2025, at 1400 San Diego local time.
Scope of Work
The contract requires the procurement and production of ADNS end items, including hardware systems, ancillary kits, sub-systems, assemblies, modules, spares, and Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software (initial, renewals, and maintenance). This supports tactical Wide Area Network (WAN) capabilities for Naval communication systems. Key deliverables include ADNS Production Units/Sub-Assemblies, Spares/System Components, Software, an IDIQ Post-Award Conference, and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). Specific requirements will be defined in individual Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Delivery Orders.
