Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide a turnkey solution including design, procurement, installation, configuration, testing, and user orientation for a new video surveillance system. Key components include:
- One (1) Network Video Recorder (NVR) system with minimum 30-day retention and RAID 1 or 5 redundancy.
- Six (6) 4K dome cameras.
- Two (2) 8MP fisheye cameras.
- Three (3) 4K multi-head exterior cameras (or equivalent single-sensor cameras providing equal/better coverage).
- One (1) workstation with monitor(s), PoE switches, and a rack-mounted UPS (30-minute runtime). All required infrastructure, including plenum-rated, shielded CAT6a cabling and conduit, must be provided. The system must operate on a local, closed network only, without Wi-Fi, remote access, cloud services, or external data transmission. All equipment must be new, commercial, Section 889 compliant, and meet or exceed 4K/8MP resolution, low-light capability, PoE, ONVIF Profile S/T compliance, and IP66 rating for exterior cameras.
Special Requirements
Contractor personnel will require active security clearances and continuous escort within the SCIF (Building 848). No building drawings are available due to its SCIF status. The project start is within 30 calendar days of contract award, with a 90-day period of performance. Labor requirements are considered equipment supply, so Davis-Bacon/union wages are not applicable.
