Contract Details
- Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (RFQ), anticipated Firm-Fixed-Price contract.

- Technical Approach: Must include three relevant construction projects ($250,000+, completed within 7 years, involving water/wastewater utility work, trenchless installation, and/or pump station construction). A narrative detailing the overall approach, task sequencing, understanding of trades, subcontractor management, risk mitigation, key personnel, and addressing challenges like maintaining sewer service and environmental impacts is required.
