Scope of Work

Contract Details

Evaluation Criteria
Award will be made based on best value to the Government, considering:
- Technical Proposal: Narrative (15-page limit) covering Technical Approach, Relevant Experience, and Key Personnel, plus a GANTT chart (2 additional pages).
- Relevant Experience: Three (3) similar projects (construction, alteration, renovation of buildings, potable waterline, or sanitary sewer systems) valued at $2M+ each, completed within the last 8 years, performed as a General Contractor.
- Key Personnel: Resumes for Project Manager and On-Site Construction Superintendent meeting specific experience and education requirements.
- Past Performance: Five (5) relevant contracts completed within the last 5 years for the offeror and critical subcontractors (performing >=20% of work). Past Performance Questionnaires (A6) are required.
- Price: Fair and reasonable pricing for all items as detailed in the Schedule of Items (A3-SOI).

Additional Notes
The campground will be closed to the public during construction. Contractors are responsible for acquiring all applicable permits not already obtained by the Forest Service. Bridge construction on SR-180 at Slaughter Creek may impact logistics; plan accordingly. Asbestos/Lead testing has not been done; contractors must account for these hazards in demolition plans for pre-1978 buildings.
