This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) for the decommissioning and removal of an onsite 20,000-gpd wastewater treatment plant and auxiliary systems, along with various components of the sewer pump station (pumps, rails, control panel). The work also includes connecting to the existing municipal sewer at Lake Powhatan.

• Decommissioning and complete removal of the wastewater treatment plant and auxiliary systems.

• Removal of various components of the sewer pump station.

• Connection to the existing municipal sewer.

• Contractor shall take possession of and remove all decommissioned and demolished materials from the site.

• Price: Offerors shall submit Attachment 5-DRCG Brevard Sewer SOI. Quotations will be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing.
