  • The airfield will remain operational during construction. Contractor personnel require airfield access approval (EAL) and must attend the Airfield Drivers course.
  • Contractor must provide qualified personnel, including a Superintendent, QC Manager, and SSHO with specific experience.
  • No equipment or materials are authorized to be stored on the airfield; a laydown lot may be provided by the Government.
