Scope of Work

- Rubber Removal: Removing approximately 420,000 sq ft of rubber from runways 30 and 12, and at the 30-end and 12-end of the runway for approximately 3000 feet, extending 35 feet on each side of the centerline.
- Marking Replacement: Repainting taxiway edge and centerline markings on the Live Ordnance Load Area (LOLA) C, and other identified locations on taxiways, parking aprons, and flightline roads. This includes striping new instrument control and wing tip clearance markings (yellow and black). All markings must be retro-reflective, outlined in black on PCC portions, and use Type II beads.
- Crack Maintenance: Sealing and repairing cracks in asphalt shoulders adjacent to Taxiway Alpha "A" and the Alpha Arm/Dearm Pad, as well as maintaining cracks and sealant on the airfield shoulder on LOLA C (ranging from 1/4" to 4" wide).
- Pavement Repair: Cleaning and resealing pavement joints and cracks on the taxiway and shoulder in LOLA C.
- Optional Services: The price schedule includes optional line items for additional markings on LOLA C & D, further crack cleaning and sealing on LOLA C, and removal/restriping of apron edge lines (Item 0006, 52,500sf) and various other lines (AGE Boxes, tow lines, parking lines).
