Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for a fully operational video surveillance system. Key components include:
- One (1) Network Video Recorder (NVR) system with minimum 30-day video retention.
- Six (6) 4K dome cameras.
- Two (2) 8MP Fisheye cameras (one at generator OPS room exterior, one at Room 114, OSA entrance).
- Three (3) 4K multi-head exterior cameras for full surrounding area coverage.
- One (1) workstation with monitor(s), PoE switches, and UPS. The system requires all necessary infrastructure, including Cat6 cabling, conduit, and mounting hardware, ensuring full coverage with no blind spots. All equipment must be new, commercially available, and meet or exceed stated requirements.
System & Security Requirements
The system must be entirely standalone, operating on a local, closed network. It explicitly prohibits Wi-Fi, remote access, cloud-based services, or external data transmission. All video storage and management will be locally hosted on the NVR. Contractor personnel will require installation access to a Department of the Air Force installation, necessitating compliance with all security, escort, and background check requirements. Unescorted access is not permitted unless specifically authorized.

Compliance & Submittals
Offerors must submit a Bill of Materials (BOM) identifying the manufacturer and model number for all proposed equipment. The contractor must comply with FAR 52.204-24 and 52.204-25 (Section 889), prohibiting covered telecommunications or video surveillance equipment or services. A minimum one-year warranty on all equipment and installation is required.
