Scope of Work
The contractor shall design, furnish, install, configure, and test a fully operational, standalone video surveillance system. Key components include:
- One (1) Network Video Recorder (NVR) system capable of 30-day video retention (minimum 24TB storage, RAID 1 or 5, FIPS compliant).
- Six (6) 4K (8MP) dome cameras for interior/exterior use.
- Two (2) 8MP fisheye cameras (one for generator OPS room exterior, one for door 114 OSA entrance).
- Three (3) 4K (8MP) multi-head exterior cameras for full coverage of surrounding areas.
- One (1) workstation including monitor(s), PoE switches, and a rack-mounted UPS (minimum 30 minutes runtime).
- All required infrastructure, including plenum-rated, shielded CAT6a cabling, conduit, mounting hardware, and ancillary materials.
The system must operate on a local, closed network only, without Wi-Fi, remote access, cloud services, or external data transmission. The scope also includes removal of the old system, initial training for ten designated personnel, and a one-year warranty on hardware and installation.
